Disclaimer:

Reverence Gravestone Cleaning, LLC may, at our discretion, deem any memorial(s) unfit for standard cleaning practice. Our deep-cleaning process is minimally invasive, but some monuments with cracks or other damage may be too delicate to safely clean in such a way. If we deem a memorial unfit for standard cleaning, we will proceed with a less intensive cleaning process, which may not yield as impressive of results. In this instance, please allow a few weeks for our chemical compound to slowly penetrate the stone over time so it can be cleaned safely and without as much contact as a standard cleaning procedure. Great care is taken to minimize the chances of any harm to memorials, but in the instance of any such event, Reverence Gravestone Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for any damage to memorials.

Service:

By placing your order, you confirm that the memorial(s) to be serviced are located within one of the following Florida counties: Volusia, Seminole, Lake, Orange, Brevard, Putnam, or Flagler. If the memorial is located outside of one of these listed counties, please contact us directly and we can negotiate service. Cleaning service will be rendered within a maximum of seven business days of payment. If you would like to be present during the service, please specify such in the custom field at checkout, or via phone call or email immediately after purchase. We will work with you to find a time in which all desired parties can be present, and, if need be, perform the service after the standard seven business day time period if you so desire. If necessary, Reverence Gravestone Cleaning, LLC may contact you by phone or email for more information to locate the memorial.
